TAPCO seeks a West Coast Territory Manager to lead private-sector sales across the Western U.S., focusing on HOA, B&I, and speed-camera opportunities. This hunter role demands self-motivation, strategic prospecting, and building a robust pipeline in a large territory.

Travel is extensive; you will engage with executives and facilities teams, developing opportunities from ground up to close. TAPCO offers competitive compensation and strong incentives, plus growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Hunter mentality and ability to identify opportunities.
• Self-starter capable of working independently with limited information.
• Excellent prospecting, cold outreach, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
• Comfortable selling to complex organizations with multiple decision-makers.
• Willingness to travel extensively and manage a large territory.

Responsibilities

• Own the West Coast private-sector territory and develop a growth plan.
• Aggressively prospect HOA, B&I, commercial, corporate, and speed-camera opportunities.
• Build relationships with HOA boards, property managers, security teams, and executives.
• Identify opportunities for TAPCO solutions across the traffic-calming portfolio.
• Develop business within large B&I organizations and expand across locations.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline through prospecting and field activity.
• Conduct onsite visits, meetings, presentations, and territory trips.
• Develop partnerships with integrators and consultants to generate opportunities.
• Manage opportunities from prospecting through close and CRM updates.
• Create quarterly and annual territory plans with revenue targets.
