TAPCO is seeking a West Coast Territory Manager to lead private-sector sales across the Western U.S., focusing on HOA, B&I, and speed-camera opportunities. This hunter role requires building a robust pipeline and closing deals while traveling extensively.

You will own the territory, prospect aggressively, develop relationships with boards, managers, and executives, and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and field activity.

Qualifications

• Proven hunter sales track record in B2B or HOA/IF markets.
• Strong prospecting and cold-outreach abilities to build new pipeline.
• Ability to manage a large territory independently with field accountability.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the West Coast private-sector territory and develop growth plans.
• Prospect for HOA, B&I, commercial and speed-camera opportunities.
• Build relationships with HOA boards, property managers, security teams and executives.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline via consistent field activity.
• Travel extensively to meet customers and develop business.
