TAPCO Inc. is seeking a West Coast Territory Manager to grow private-sector sales across the Western U.S., focusing on HOA, Business & Industrial (B&I), and speed-camera opportunities.

This hunter role requires self-motivation, field presence, and the ability to build a pipeline from scratch. You will own the territory, travel extensively, build relationships, uncover opportunities, and close deals through strategic prospecting and strong negotiations.

Responsabilidades

• Own the West Coast private-sector territory and develop a growth plan.
• Prospect for HOA, B&I, commercial and speed-camera opportunities; leverage existing client base.
• Build relationships with HOA boards, property managers, security teams and executives.
• Identify opportunities across TAPCO solutions within the broader traffic-calming portfolio.
• Develop business within large B&I orgs and expand across locations.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline through consistent prospecting and field activity.
• Conduct onsite visits, meetings, presentations and territory development trips.
• Develop partnerships that generate new opportunities.
• Manage opportunities from prospecting to close; maintain CRM data.
