Job summary

TAPCO (Traffic and Parking Control Co., LLC) seeks a West Coast Territory Manager to own and expand the private-sector business across HOA, B&I, and speed-camera opportunities. This hunter role requires field presence, relationship-building, and a strong drive to create new opportunities from scratch.

You will manage a full sales cycle, build a robust pipeline, and travel extensively to engage customers, partners, and key decision-makers across the Western U.S.

Qualifications

• Hunter mentality essential for building private-sector sales across territories.
• Develop and execute plans to grow HOA, B&I, commercial, corporate, and speed-camera opportunities.
• Build relationships with HOA boards, property managers, security teams, facilities, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Own West Coast private-sector territory and growth plan.
• Aggressively prospect new opportunities and leverage existing customer base.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders across multiple organizations.
• Identify opportunities for TAPCO solutions in traffic-calming portfolio.
• Develop business within large B&I organizations and multi-location opportunities.
• Maintain a measurable pipeline through prospecting and field activity.
• Conduct onsite visits, meetings, demos, and territory development trips.
• Develop partnerships with integrators and consultants to generate opportunities.
• Manage opportunities from prospecting to close and document CRM activity.
• Create quarterly and annual territory plans with revenue/pipeline goals.
• Re-engage existing customers to uncover new projects and cross-sell.
• Travel extensively to meet customers and develop business.
