Paragon Genomics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager/Business Development Manager for the US West Coast, based around the Bay Area.

You will drive revenue growth via direct sales, key accounts, and partnerships with hospitals, academic centers, and labs, in support of our oncology footprint. You will manage the full sales cycle, leverage existing relationships, and work to accelerate adoption of our targeted sequencing solutions in clinical workflows.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in a relevant field; MBA/MS/PhD preferred but not required.
• Seven+ years of progressive sales or business development in Life Science Diagnostics.
• Deep knowledge of NGS workflows and oncology diagnostics.
• Track record of meeting multi-million-dollar West Coast targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales across US West Coast focusing on precision oncology.
• Manage key accounts, hospitals, and clinical labs; build strategic partnerships.
• Lead territory planning, forecasting, and pipeline management.
• Educate customers on RUO vs clinical workflows and product value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.
