Vivid Machines is hiring a Senior Account Executive to own and grow the West Coast business across Washington, Oregon and California. You’ll manage the full sales cycle, build a strong pipeline, and convert pilots into multi-year contracts while expanding existing accounts.

You’ll engage with large fruit growers, packers and vineyard managers, translating orchard insights into measurable business value. This role requires travel, strong negotiation, and the ability to operate across a

Competenze

• 7+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Established network among tree fruit or grape growers.
• Ability to develop and manage your own territory, pipeline and calendar.
• Strong discovery, negotiation and closing skills; ability to explain technical products in practical business terms.
• Disciplined CRM use; HubSpot experience is an asset.
• Valid driver’s license and passport; willingness to travel 25–50%.

Mansioni

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and renewal.
• Build pipeline across WA, OR, CA and new crops.
• Convert pilots into long-term contracts on Vivid’s per-camera annual lease.
• Lead on-farm demonstrations with growers, crop advisors and farm managers.
• Build a clear business case connecting orchard data to ROI targets.
• Meet weekly activity targets and monthly pipeline/revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and reliable sales forecasts.
• Partner with Customer Success and field teams during deployment.
• Represent Vivid at regional trade shows and grower events.
• Incorporate customer feedback to shape product and strategy.
