The role requires 6+ years in-house TA with retail leadership hiring, strong data analytics, and ability to travel 25-30%. A Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business/Psychology or related field is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in-house Talent Acquisition, retail focus.
• Experience hiring Store Managers and leadership roles.
• Experience in global retail orgs preferred.
• Strong analytics from recruiting data.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles in Retail West Coast.
• Build talent pipelines via market mapping, direct sourcing and events.
• Partner with Retail Leadership, HRBP, Learning partners & COE.
• Manage high-volume, seasonal, and priority hiring needs.
• Own onboarding execution aligned to global standards and local needs.
• Provide insights on onboarding effectiveness and learning adoption.
• Travel to markets 25-30% to engage field leadership.
