Job summary

Pandora North America is seeking a Divisional Sales Director for the West Coast to lead commercial strategy and field execution across stores, departments, and partner channels. You will drive revenue growth, profitability, and a superior customer experience while building high-performing sales leadership teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership in retail or consumer-facing environments.
• Experience leading both owned and wholesale channels.
• Strong KPI discipline and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to coach and develop high-performing leaders.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute West Coast sales strategy aligned to Pandora NA priorities.
• Own divisional performance across revenue, profitability, conversion and customer experience.
• Translate data and market trends into field execution plans.
• Coach and develop Divisional Sales Managers for clear accountability.
• Partner with wholesale retailers and key accounts to drive growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to remove barriers and improve execution.
