Pandora, the world’s leading jewellery brand, is seeking a Specialist, Talent Acquisition (Retail) to lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned stores and leadership roles on the West Coast. You will partner with Retail Leadership, HR, and COEs to ensure strong hiring outcomes, onboarding experiences, and development initiatives.

Role requires 6+ years in-house TA with high-volume retail focus, travel 25–30%, and a proven ability to analyze data to improve recruiting.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of in-house Talent Acquisition experience with emphasis on high-volume retail hiring.
• Demonstrated experience hiring Store Managers and retail leadership roles.
• Experience in a global retail organization preferred.
• Ability to analyze recruiting data and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Strong capability managing high-volume requisition loads (20–30 concurrent roles).

• Own onboarding execution with alignment to global standards and local needs.
• Collaborate with HR and COEs on onboarding effectiveness and learning adoption.
• Maintain an active market presence through store visits, recruiting events, and market walks with 25–30% travel.
