NutraBio Labs, Inc. seeks a driven Sales Representative to manage and grow our West Coast territory across retail accounts, BioCrew events, in-store demos, and expos.

You will develop annual business plans, maintain professional account communications, and travel frequently to build relationships, close orders, and drive sales growth. The role emphasizes product knowledge, demos, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of sales experience (sports nutrition, supplements, CPG, or retail preferred).
• Willingness to travel regularly across the West Coast.
• Strong verbal and written communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to analyze sales data and market trends, set goals, and meet targets.
• Organized, self-motivated, accountable, and able to work independently within a team.

Responsabilités

• Develop annual business plans for assigned accounts in partnership with management.
• Maintain consistent, professional communication with current and prospective accounts.
• Travel throughout the West Coast territory; expected to travel two weeks per month as needed.
• Generate and process orders via in-person visits, phone, email, and other channels; prepare quotes, invoices, and agreements.
• Drive new product and line placements, increase assortment and distribution, and achieve sales growth targets.
• Track daily account visits, orders, and sales activity; provide weekly reports or updates.
• Meet monthly new-account acquisition goals by brand, as established with management.
• Develop and execute account-specific marketing, merchandising, and promotional activities to increase sales.
• Conduct in-store product education, demos, and sampling; communicate key product benefits with sales materials.
• Represent NutraBio at retail activations, BioCrew events, and trade shows or expos.
• Prepare sales reports, maintain accurate account records, and submit business expense reports on time.
