Job summary

CoStar Group, Inc. is seeking a Regional Director, Sales for Ten-X on the West Coast to lead growth, onboard new hires, and coach a high-performing sales team across Irvine or Century City offices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in front-line sales leadership in commercial real estate, information services, financial services, or SaaS.
• 5+ years of experience directly managing 6–12+ sales professionals with a track record of hiring and development.
• Experience managing a book of business exceeding $3M in annual revenue.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.

Responsibilities

• Grow regional revenue and meet/exceed annual sales targets.
• Attract, hire, motivate, and develop high-impact sales professionals.
• Coach clients on Ten-X tools and services to strengthen sales performance.
• Lead acquisition of new client relationships while expanding existing accounts.
• Monitor performance with KPIs and manage activity, opportunities, and revenue.
• Oversee weekly activities and CRM usage for pipeline and accounts.
• Set and monitor team targets aligned with business goals.
• Mentor team members to support growth and performance.
• Uphold CoStar Group culture and values.
