Job summary

CoStar Group, Inc. is seeking a Regional Director of Sales for Ten-X on the West Coast, to lead growth strategies and develop a high-performing regional sales team. The role focuses on onboarding new hires, coaching, and building lasting client relationships while achieving revenue quotas.

The position is based in Irvine, CA or Century City, CA, with responsibilities spanning the full sales cycle, client calls, and leadership of a regional sales organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in a front-line sales leadership role within commercial real estate, information services, financial services, or a SaaS sales organization.
• 5+ years of experience directly managing a team of 6–12+ sales professionals, with demonstrated success attracting, hiring, training, and developing high‑performing teams.
• Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person university or college.
• Experience leading sales efforts in a highly transactional, consultative, and fast‑paced organization.

Responsibilities

• Grow regional/team revenue while meeting or exceeding annual sales targets.
• Attract, hire, motivate, and develop high-impact sales professionals capable of meeting or exceeding quota.
• Lead the identification, prioritization, and acquisition of new client relationships while retaining and expanding existing accounts.
• Monitor sales performance and use KPIs to manage activity, opportunity creation, and revenue.
• Develop and mentor team members to support continuous growth and strong performance.
