Job summary

CoStar Group’s LoopNet division seeks a Regional Vice President to lead the West sales organization from Irvine, CA, or nearby locations. You will drive revenue, build and mentor a high-performing regional team, and partner with senior leadership to meet aggressive growth goals.

The role requires 5+ years in outside B2B sales leadership, 10+ years in fast-paced sales environments, and willingness to travel 50%+. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing outside sales teams in a B2B environment selling commercial real estate, property tech, or related fields.
• 10+ years in a highly transactional, fast-paced sales organization with a short cycle-time model.
• Proven ability to grow revenue through new acquisition and existing account management across the full lifecycle.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required.
• Current and valid driver's license and willingness to travel 50%+ within the region.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth annually for the West region.
• Attract, develop and retain a strong team of Regional Directors and Sales Executives.
• Partner with Regional Directors to grow leadership and market penetration.
• Ensure top-tier hiring, training and performance of the sales force.
• Develop sales plans to meet corporate goals and coach teams to execute.
• Build relationships with key customers to boost retention and add-on sales.
