Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking a Regional Director, Sales for Ten‑X on the East Coast. You will lead a sales team across the Miami, NY, or Richmond region, drive revenue growth, onboard and develop talent, and build strong client relationships while guiding the Ten‑X platform adoption.

You will manage a high‑performing team in a fast‑paced, quota‑driven environment, focusing on both new and existing business and delivering exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years front‑line sales leadership in CRE, information services, financial services or SaaS.
• 5+ years directly managing a team of 6–12+ sales professionals with proven coaching.
• Experience managing a book of business >$3 million annual revenue.
• Experience leading sales in a transactional, consultative, fast‑paced org.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited in‑person university or college.

Responsibilities

• Grow regional/team revenue by meeting or exceeding targets.
• Attract, hire, motivate, and develop high‑impact sales professionals.
• Coach clients on Ten‑X tools and services and lead sales training.
• Acquire new client relationships while expanding existing accounts.
• Monitor activity, pipeline, and revenue with KPI dashboards.
• Lead weekly activities and CRM data integrity for the team.
• Set and pursue individual and team performance targets.
• Develop and mentor team members for growth and strong performance.
