Grafana Labs is seeking a regional marketing leader to drive programs from planning through execution and retrospective, aligning with regional priorities and delivering measurable outcomes.

You will leverage AI to improve efficiency, scale repeatable processes, and inform decision‑making, while partnering with Sales and SDRs and managing budgets and goals. The role emphasizes ownership, risk management, and data‑driven storytelling.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in field or regional marketing, events, end‑to‑end ownership of programs.
• Demonstrated experience operationalizing AI in marketing: reusable prompts, processes, or lightweight automations.
• Strong project, time, and stakeholder management with attention to detail.
• Open to travel approximately 40%.
• Independent proficiency with core marketing platforms and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional marketing programs from planning through execution and retrospective, including strategy, budget, goals, delivery and reporting.
• Execute ABM and regional marketing initiatives, partnering with Sales and SDR teams.
• Independently manage day‑to‑day decisions, address risks, and elevate issues when needed.
• Develop AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency and scalability across marketing operations, events, and reporting.
• Analyze program performance and translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
