Job summary

Grafana Labs is seeking a Staff Product Analyst to partner withProduct Analytics and the AI org. You will shape how AI-powered experiences are measured, define KPIs, and guide experiment design to influence product strategy.

You will collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, and Data teams to ensure robust instrumentation and reliable analysis of AI features. You will drive dashboards, data models, and standards that scale as the company grows, balancing near-term needs with durable

Qualifications

• Experience partnering across product and engineering organizations and familiarity with product KPIs and frameworks (e.g., DAU/MAU, funnels, experiments).
• Ability to define and track success metrics for complex product areas, ideally including AI-powered features or workflows.
• Strong SQL skills and experience visualizing data to inform product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Partner cross functionally across Product to establish top-level KPIs, dashboards, and product roadmap planning.
• Define how success is measured for AI-powered product experiences, including adoption, engagement, quality, retention, and user outcomes.
• Guide instrumentation of product data with Design, PM, and Engineering teams to enable reliable analysis of AI features and workflows.
• Design, evaluate, and interpret experiments to assess the impact of new AI capabilities and inform product decisions.
• Develop dbt models to transform and test user behavior data with Analytics Engineering.
• Influence best practices for Product Analytics across teams and help define standards as the company scales.
• Contribute to defining long-term vision and strategy for Product Analytics, balancing near-term needs with scalable, durable solutions.
