Job summary

JTC Group seeks a Director of Business Development West Coast to drive growth in private funds and fund administration through consultative sales. Based in Los Angeles, the Bay Area, or Denver, you will source networks, build executive relationships, and close new business while meeting revenue objectives.

You will sell complex financial services solutions, manage strategic accounts, and collaborate with JTC US and JTC Global to deliver integrated service offerings.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in consultative sales with a proven track record.
• Professional experience in a fund administration organization.
• Experience with private funds and familiarity with private equity operations.
• Understanding of financial services outsourcing and technology solutions.
• Ability to build and maintain intermediary networks and executive relationships.
• Exposure to global fund and corporate services solutions.
• Proven success in cross-selling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%; primary location in Los Angeles, Bay Area, or Denver.
• Results oriented and able to uphold integrity in professional interactions.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals across East/West regions through consultative selling and new business development.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to grow revenue.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities; nurture relationships with intermediaries.
• Refine solutions for current and prospective clients.
• Build strong relationships with referral partners to deliver complete solutions.
• Offer cross-sell opportunities to clients for service and product capabilities.
• Develop strategic relationships with key intermediaries and expand the sales pipeline.
