Job summary

JTC Group in the United States is seeking a Fund Accountant to support day-to-day accounting and reporting for private equity and real estate funds within our Fund Services team.

Hybrid work arrangement with responsibilities across investor services and fund accounting, including cash activity, general ledger, investor notices, and audits; requires attention to detail and strong MS Excel.

Qualifications

• College degree in accounting, finance, or economics; preferred but not essential.
• Proficiency in MS Office with strong Excel expertise.
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for clients for information requests and account maintenance.
• Process and report investor transactions including subscriptions and redemptions.
• Review AML/KYC of investors and liaise with treasury for cash activity.
• Handle day-to-day accounting and reporting for private equity and real estate funds.
• Prepare investor capital calls and distribution notices; assist year-end audits.
• Maintain client files and support ad-hoc queries from clients.
