Job summary

Gen II Fund Services is seeking a Director of Business Development - Client Services in San Francisco to drive new business with private assets clients. You’ll report to the Principal – Business Development and own revenue objectives, leveraging an extensive network and Salesforce tools.

The role blends strategic selling with hands-on relationship building across private equity, real estate, and private credit.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience selling Fund Administration services.
• Proven ability to leverage an existing network of relationships and decision makers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using Salesforce as a sales tool.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business for Gen II through new opportunities with Private Assets clients.
• Identify opportunities to sell administration services to PE, private credit and real estate firms.
• Develop and maintain relationships with industry influencers, accountants, auditors, and bankers.
• Attend industry events and translate market developments into opportunities.
• Support targeted outreach and collaboration with internal teams.
