Job summary

Janney Montgomery Scott LLC is seeking an entrepreneurial Regional Director to lead its Western Expansion into new West Coast or Southwest markets. Reporting to the President of the Private Client Group, you will build the region from the ground up, recruit top advisor talent, and establish branch leadership to sustain growth.

You will design market entry strategies, drive advisor productivity and client growth, shape a culture of accountability and collaboration, and partner with firm

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience as regional director or leader in broker-dealer/wealth mgmt.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned region.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Build market presence in targeted geographies across the region, market by market.
• Recruit and onboard exceptional Financial Advisors to a growing platform.
• Identify, hire, and develop branch leaders where infrastructure is forming.
• Design and execute growth strategies to boost advisor productivity and client growth.
• Build an advisor-centric, entrepreneurial culture across new offices.
• Collaborate with leadership to deliver an exceptional client and advisor experience.
