Job summary

TekWissen is seeking an Analyst, Human Resources Data Management (West Coast) for a 9-month temporary assignment onsite in Los Angeles. You will analyze daily Oracle Fusion error logs, correct employee records, and maintain data integrity across HR systems.

Strong attention to detail and knowledge of HR governance and employee lifecycle concepts are required. Experience with Oracle Fusion, SuccessFactors or Salesforce is preferred; ServiceNow ticketing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze daily Oracle Fusion error logs to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
• Update and correct employee records across HR systems.
• Maintain high accuracy of employee data across platforms.
• Apply knowledge of HR governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Operate with minimal oversight in day-to-day responsibilities.
