Job summary

TekWissen is seeking an Analyst, Human Resources Data Management (West Coast) for a 9-month temporary assignment onsite in Los Angeles. You will analyze daily Oracle Fusion error logs, correct employee records, and maintain data integrity across HR systems.

Strong attention to detail and knowledge of HR governance and employee lifecycle concepts are required. Experience with Oracle Fusion, SuccessFactors or Salesforce is preferred; ServiceNow ticketing experience is a plus.

Job Description:

Analyst, Human Resources Data Management (West Coast)

• Analyze daily Oracle Fusion error logs to identify, interpret, and resolve data discrepancies.
• Update and correct employee records in response to identified errors, ensuring data integrity across systems.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail to maintain a high level of accuracy in employee data.
• Apply strong knowledge of international HR governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Possess a solid understanding of core HR concepts, including the employee lifecycle.
• Maintain and administer records for the Contingent Worker employee type.
• Operate independently with minimal oversight, exercising sound judgment in day-to-day responsibilities.
• Working knowledge of HRIS systems and underlying data structures.

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion, desired but not required.
• SuccessFactors, or Salesforce experience is strongly preferred.
• Will manage tickets in ServiceNow, and prior experience preferred.
