Job summary

The Kforce team is seeking an HR Data Management Analyst in Los Angeles, CA to support HR data integrity, reporting, and analytics across HRIS platforms. This role manages employee data, maintains accurate records, and supports audits to enable informed HR decisions.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of HR data management experience, strong data analysis skills, and proficiency with Workday or SAP SuccessFactors. Knowledge of Excel and BI tools like Power BI is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR data management, HRIS, or HR analytics.
• Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar).
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting/BI tools.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate HR data within HRIS systems.
• Perform data audits, validations, and quality checks.
• Support mass data updates, imports, exports, and data cleanup.
• Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies across HR systems.
• Support system testing, including UAT and validation.
• Partner with HR, IT, and stakeholders to gather reporting requirements.
• Assist with compliance reporting and audit documentation.
• Support HRIS configuration and system upgrades.
• Document data standards, processes, and procedures.
• Provide guidance to HR team on data management best practices.
