Job summary

Clarivate Analytics US LLC is seeking an Account Manager for Higher Education Academia on the West Coast. This role is pivotal in coordinating sales activities and working closely with various teams to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree, at least 5 years of direct field sales experience, and preferably experience in selling to libraries.

The position offers a salary range of $84,000 - $105,000 per year with additional benefits, working remotely from specific states including Arizona and requiring some travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a direct field sales professional.
• Experience selling directly to libraries is highly preferred.
• Advanced degree in Library Science or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the assigned territory and individual account plan coordination.
• Influence and motivate others in a matrixed sales organization.
• Focus on new and renewal business as part of expanding Clarivate’s footprint.
• Lead RFP coordination and development as needed.
• Manage full portfolio forecast including specialty products.
• Lead content demonstrations, engaging product specialists as appropriate.
