Destination Pet, LLC is seeking a West Coast-based Field Marketing Manager to lead localized strategies and align with Center Managers for regional campaigns. You will tailor initiatives to regional markets and drive brand awareness across the West Coast.

You will analyze local markets, develop campaigns, plan events, build partnerships, manage budgets, and track performance, with 50-75% travel within the region. This role reports to the Senior Field Marketing Manager and offers strong growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience in Field Marketing, Regional Marketing, or similar role.
• Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns.
• Budgeting and planning experience with GTM annual marketing plans.
• Experience working in a role with matrix structured leadership.

• Local Market Analysis: Conduct market research and identify opportunities for growth.
• Campaign Development: Design marketing materials and campaigns aligned with brand strategy.
• Event Planning and Execution: Plan local events and manage budgets and logistics.
