Destination Pet LLC seeks a Field Marketing Manager to lead localized marketing initiatives from a remote base with East Coast focus, traveling 50–75% to centers. Collaborate with Center Managers to tailor campaigns, drive new customer acquisition, and boost brand awareness.

This role reports to Senior Field Marketing Manager and requires a Bachelor's in Marketing, proven field marketing success, budget management, and strong communication.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in Field Marketing or Regional Marketing.
• Proven track record of managing marketing campaigns.
• Budgeting and GTM planning experience.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% and work flexible hours.

Responsabilidades

• Local Market Analysis: conduct market research and tailor regional plans.
• Campaign Development: design and execute marketing campaigns with cross-functional teams.
• Event Planning and Execution: plan local events, manage logistics and budgets.
• Partnerships and Networking: build local partnerships and influencer relationships.
• Performance Tracking: monitor KPIs and report results to management.
