Job summary

SmartFlower Solar GmbH seeks a Regional Sales Lead for the West Coast to own the end-to-end process—from pipeline to close—for high-value commercial, institutional, municipal, and industrial accounts.

You will build a robust pipeline, present the company’s value to sustainability, facilities, marketing and C-suite sponsors, and manage travel up to 25% to meet clients and attend events. A base salary plus uncapped commissions is offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales, ideally in renewable energy, sustainability, branding, or related fields.
• Proven ability to win complex, long-cycle deals with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong CRM/analytics skills; data-informed decision making.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a robust pipeline across commercial, institutional, municipal, and industrial customers.
• Present SmartFlower's value proposition to sustainability, facilities, marketing, and executive stakeholders.
• Manage long sales cycles with proactive communication, follow-up, and deal discipline.
