Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years in field sales for technical solutions (B2B outside sales).
• Proven track record of growth and meeting budgets.
• Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel ~50% (West Coast).

Responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
• Plan and deliver technical presentations to identify relationships with consultants, engineering firms and EPCs.
• Conduct cost-benefit and needs analyses to meet customer needs.
• Build and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Reach out to leads through cold calling.
• Resolve customer problems to maximize satisfaction.
• Achieve sales targets and coordinate with team and other departments.
• Analyze territory and market potential; track sales and status reports.
• Provide reports on customer needs, competitive activities and product opportunities.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends; act on feedback.
