Westwood Professional Services, Inc. seeks an experienced National Energy Storage Electrical Leader to head the Energy Storage Team within the Renewables Division. You will shape service strategies, oversee staff development, and drive growth while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

You will collaborate with market and division leaders to align with company goals, manage resources, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence across offices and projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in engineering consulting.
• 5+ years leading design teams.
• Experience with an engineering consulting firm or EPCs, developers, or construction contractors in renewable energy.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET/EAC-accredited program.
• Professional Engineer certification.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement strategies for the Energy Storage Team aligned with Renewables Division goals.
• Mentor and develop staff across multiple offices, balancing workloads and ensuring utilization.
• Set and maintain quality standards, procedures, and risk management for proposals and projects.
• Lead the technical standards and guidelines for the Team and drive advanced solutions.
• Support market-driven business development by providing technical expertise and client engagement.
