Job summary

WeldFit is looking for a dynamic Account Manager to grow our business across the U.S. West Coast, with primary focus on Line Intervention and Mobile Recompression services. The role requires 5+ years of selling to utilities and energy infra players, and a proven ability to bring on new business while managing key relationships.

The position entails prospecting, in-person meetings, and frequent travel (approx. 75%).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience selling equipment and/or services to natural gas utilities, pipeline operators, or energy infrastructure customers.
• Experience selling to multi-state western US region (CA, NV, AZ, OR, WA, ID) is preferred.
• Proven track record of opening new accounts and hitting quotas.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for WeldFit products and services across the Western US.
• Manage full sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.
• Develop account plans and maintain executive relationships with target accounts.
• Coordinate with field service, estimating and manufacturing to meet commitments.
