Job summary

WeldFit is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to grow WeldFit’s business across the U.S. West Coast.

Based in Southern California, Las Vegas, or Phoenix, the Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by implementing and managing WeldFit’s sales strategy within the assigned region, with primary focus on Line Intervention (Hot Tap and Line Stop) and Mobile Recompression services and a secondary focus on Flow Assurance.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Engineering or relevant field.
• 5+ years selling equipment and/or services to natural gas utilities, pipeline operators or energy infrastructure customers.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to independently manage a large multi-state territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new accounts across the Western U.S. (CA, NV, AZ, OR, WA, ID).
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Maintain and grow relationships with key customers; upsell Line Intervention, recompression, and Flow Assurance.
• Coordinate with Field Service, Estimating and Manufacturing on jobs, schedules and commitments.
• Travel up to 75% to meet with customers and attend industry events.
