Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple bakeries in the region, providing hands-on support to General Managers.
• Lead, coach, and develop GM teams to meet bakery goals and growth plans.
• Partner with People Team to recruit high-quality hourly staff for NBOs and events.
• Ensure top-tier customer service and community engagement in each store.
• Monitor operations, safety, cleanliness, and hospitality standards across stores.
• Drive budgeting, cost control, and KPI tracking to grow regional profitability.
