Job summary

The candidate should have 3–5 years in food service or retail with supervisory experience, be proficient with Toast POS, and maintain high standards in safety, quality, and people development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of food service, QSR, or retail experience with 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
• Read and communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Open availability: mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead bakery staff and manage shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Coach and develop team members for strong customer service.
• Maintain DOH food safety standards and quality control.
• Oversee cash handling, inventory, and payroll processes.
• Drive sales through staff training and efficient operations.
