Job summary

Levain Bakery seeks a District Manager (West Coast) to lead multiple bakery locations, empower General Managers, and ensure top-tier bakery operations. The role requires hands-on leadership, strategic planning, and a strong customer and community focus.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of multi-unit F&B management, is adaptable, and excels at problem solving, communication, and team development. Travel is necessary to oversee regions nationwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years multi-unit F&B management experience.
• Open availability: mornings, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to travel up to 3 days per week.
• Ability to lift/push 25–50 pounds.
• Read and communicate in English.
• DOH Certification required (if applicable)

Responsibilities

• Develop a cohesive team of General Managers and staff.
• Inspire teams to meet bakery goals and uphold core values.
• Foster DEI principles across bakery operations and leadership.
• Provide coaching and feedback to General Managers for real-time reporting.
• Monitor staffing levels and partner with People Team on hiring.
• Manage financial performance and cost controls across the region.
