Job summary

Frederick Fox LLC is seeking a Director, West Coast to drive adoption of a differentiated aesthetic device across the region. You will lead a field-focused commercial engine, building physician relationships, training practices, and a high-performing team to achieve sustained revenue growth.

You will collaborate with clinical, marketing, and reimbursement colleagues to remove adoption barriers, ensure compliant promotion, and deliver consistent clinical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven record leading West Coast aesthetic or medical-device sales with multi-year quota achievement.
• Experience hiring or coaching field reps or specialty distributors in physician offices.
• Fluency with aesthetic practice economics—consults and treatment mix.
• Experience running KOL/training programs that change technique.
• Comfort with regulated device environment: complaint handling and compliance.
• Willingness to travel across the West Coast and own results.

Responsibilities

• Build and hit a West Coast revenue plan by converting target aesthetic practices into trained, repeat users within the first year.
• Open and deepen relationships with key opinion leaders so they teach, publish, and refer based on clinical experience with the platform.
• Stand up a high-performing field team—direct or distributor—and coach it to a predictable cadence of evaluations, conversions, and reorders.
• Design and run physician education that shortens time-to-proficiency and reduces variability in patient outcomes.
• Create a territory intelligence system: account priorities, competitive wins and losses, and a quarterly forecast leadership can act on.
• Partner with clinical, marketing, and reimbursement colleagues to remove the barriers that stall adoption in premium aesthetic markets.
• Protect the brand in the field: every demo, training, and complaint handled to medical-device standards.
