Qualifications

Proven quota attainment selling capital or procedure-based products to aesthetic, dermatology, or plastic surgery practices.
Track record of launching or expanding physician adoption, including evaluations, training, and post-sale utilization.
Fluency with clinical evidence, compliant claims, and the economics of a physician practice.
Territory planning, forecasting, and CRM discipline that holds up under review.
Willingness to travel regularly and to be the accountable face of the product in the field.

Responsibilities

Build and hit an annual territory plan that grows revenue, procedure volume, and active accounts against agreed targets.
Open and convert priority aesthetic practices by leading evaluations that prove clinical fit, workflow, and return on investment.
Raise utilization in existing accounts through training, in-service support, and quarterly business reviews tied to procedure goals.
Forecast accurately each month so leadership can plan inventory, clinical support, and hiring with confidence.
Protect the brand in the field by representing indications, evidence, and compliance without overstatement.
Build a repeatable referral and KOL network that shortens sales cycles and improves win rate.
