• Proven quota attainment selling capital or procedure-based products to aesthetic, dermatology, or plastic surgery practices.
• Track record launching or expanding physician adoption including evaluations, training, and post-sale utilization.
• Fluency with clinical evidence, compliant claims, and the economics of a physician practice.
• Territory planning, forecasting, and CRM discipline that holds up under review.
• Willingness to travel regularly and be the accountable face of the product in the field.

Responsibilities

• Own territory strategy, account selection, and the close to drive revenue.
• Open and convert priority aesthetic practices by leading evaluations proving clinical fit and ROI.
• Raise utilization in existing accounts through training, in-service support, and business reviews.
• Forecast accurately each month to aid leadership in inventory, clinical support, and hiring planning.
• Protect the brand by representing indications, evidence, and compliant messaging in the field.
• Build a repeatable referral and KOL network to shorten sales cycles and improve win rate.
