Webflow, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Sales to lead and scale its West Coast Corporate sales motion.

You will recruit, coach, and manage Account Executives, coordinating with Marketing, RevOps, Enablement, and CS to drive revenue growth and efficient funnel management. The role is remote-first with US/Canada locations, offers an exempt full-time permanent position, and includes equity, bonuses, and health benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales with at least 2 years in frontline sales leadership.
• Proven track record of leading Account Executives to exceed pipeline and revenue targets.
• Experience collaborating with Marketing, RevOps, Enablement, and CS.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of Corporate Account Executives and oversee recruiting, coaching, and mentoring to exceed goals.
• Provide hands-on support by joining client meetings and coordinating internal resources.
• Regularly forecast, review pipeline, and deliver sales training to the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on sales strategy and product feedback.
