Webflow is seeking a Sr. Manager, Corporate Sales to lead and scale its West Coast Corporate segment, driving a complete, remote-first sales motion.

You will recruit, coach, and guide Account Executives while partnering across Marketing, RevOps, Enablement, and Customer Success to accelerate revenue and optimize the funnel. The role demands strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, and a proven track record of growing teams, closing new logos, and delivering

Formación

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales with frontline leadership experience (2+ years)
• Proven track record leading AE teams to exceed targets
• Experience collaborating with Marketing, CS, Product and Engineering

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of Corporate Account Executives and oversee recruiting, coaching, and mentoring to exceed goals
• Provide hands-on support by joining client meetings and coordinating internal resources
• Host regular team meetings to review pipeline, forecast performance and deliver training
• Coach early-career AEs on prospecting, pipeline generation, and closing strategies
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture
• Maintain feedback loops between Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Post-Sales and Support
