Recorded Future is seeking a Senior Director, Regional Sales (West Coast) to lead revenue growth and market strategy for the West Coast. Remote eligible, California-based, you will guide a team of Account Directors and Associate Account Directors to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships, balancing strategic planning with execution across the full sales cycle.

You will drive disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting using MEDDPICC, Salesforce, Clari and Gong,

Qualifications

• Experience building and leading sales teams to growth in high‑growth tech or cybersecurity.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise sales cycles and channel ecosystems.
• Proven ability to manage MEDDPICC driven deals and forecast accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Own regional sales strategy and execution for West Coast with a focus on new business and expansion.
• Recruit, develop and retain top sales talent and foster a high‑performance culture.
• Coach on territory planning, discovery, deal strategy and full cycle sales execution.
• Set regional goals and business plans balancing long‑term vision with short‑term results.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting with MEDDPICC and systems.
• Build executive relationships and navigate complex, multi‑stakeholder cycles.
• Collaborate with channel, marketing, customer success and sales ops to improve outcomes.
• Maintain deep knowledge of cybersecurity market and competitive landscape.
