Jobot is seeking a West Coast Sales Manager in Los Angeles to lead a high-performance sales team and drive growth in a fast-paced tech services environment.

You will develop sales strategies, manage key accounts, and close large deals while aligning with Marketing and Product teams to ensure brand consistency. 5+ years in agency sales plus leadership are preferred, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in agency sales, prospecting, brand strategy, and quota management.
• Experience leading a sales team and meeting targets.
• Proficient in measuring KPIs and using CRM software.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel; Bachelor's degree required.
