Job summary

Amrize is seeking an Architecture & Engineering Representative (West) for remote work in Florida. You will partner with architects, specifiers, and building envelope consultants to drive specifications, deliver CEU content, and manage projects from design through bid completion.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in architectural sales or building envelope consulting, with knowledge of AVB/PMMA systems and proficiency in CAD/BIM tools. Expect 30–50% travel and regional market focus.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: 3–5+ years in architectural sales, technical specification consulting, or building envelope product representation.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of commercial building envelope systems, roofing, waterproofing, AVB, and PMMA/Silicone/Urethane.
• Industry Credentials: CDT, CCPR, or AIA certifications preferred.
• Tools & Software: Dodge Data/ConstructConnect, Salesforce, AutoCAD/BIM/Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Communication & Presentation: Excellent public speaking and presentation skills; comfortable presenting to large audiences and senior design principals.
• Travel: Willingness to travel 30–50% for client meetings, firm presentations, and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Identify target projects and design firms to maximize specification rates.
• Monitor specification hit rates and track projects through bidding and procurement phases to prevent substitutions.
• Maintain, update, and deliver CEU programs for architectural/engineering firms; develop new educational presentations for AVB and PMMA.
• Educate and train the internal sales team on architectural assets and CEU content.
• Mine early-stage opportunities using Dodge Data/ConstructConnect and engage architects during SD and DD phases.
• Provide technical support on detail drawings, custom specification writing, and submittal reviews.
• Maintain industry presence with CSI, AIA, IIBEC; attend shows and promote safety policies.
