The ideal candidate has 2+ years in sales leadership, a proven track record of hitting goals, and strong communication and customer service skills. Weekend flexibility may be required.

• 2+ years of sales management experience in fitness or membership-based businesses.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, hiring, and staff development skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Drive membership sales and revenue growth through proactive outreach, lead follow-up, and in-studio conversions.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales and front desk team.
• Oversee daily studio operations to ensure an exceptional member experience.
• Manage and track KPIs, sales metrics, and membership retention rates.
• Develop and execute local marketing and community outreach initiatives.
• Handle member concerns, escalations, and relationship management.
• Collaborate with ownership to set sales targets and growth plans.
