Job summary

StretchLab is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and oversee studio visits in the RVA area. The role emphasizes sales strategy, client engagement, and building a welcoming studio environment.

You will work closely with the Studio Manager and team to promote StretchLab services, train on offerings, and contribute to promotions while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience, preferably in wellness or fitness.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
• Promote StretchLab services to new and existing clients.
• Conduct sales consultations and communicate benefits of stretching programs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for a positive experience.
• Collaborate with Studio Manager and team to enhance client experience.
• Assist in opening/closing procedures and ensure consistent sales/operational processes.
• Support marketing initiatives to drive awareness and attract new clients.
• Participate in training to stay updated on services and industry trends.
