Job summary

StretchLab is seeking a Wellness Studio Sales Manager to oversee sales and operations at our Campbell Studio. The role is 70-80% sales and 20-30% staff management and studio operations.

The ideal candidate will drive membership and product sales, lead a team of Sales Reps and Flexologists, and coordinate with vendors to maintain inventory accuracy. Strong communication, organization, and data skills are essential in this fast-paced studio environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in fitness or membership sales
• Able to generate personal sales and train Sales Reps
• Work independently and with studio owner
• Manage revenue from memberships and retail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organization and data management
• Trustworthy with confidential information
• Proficient with computers and Studio software

Responsibilities

• Lead generation through Grass Roots Marketing and Networking
• Implement sales processes to convert prospects to Intro class
• Drive Membership sales through outside sales and business development
• Coordinate with vendors; ensure inventory accuracy
• Supervise Sales Representatives and Flexologists
• Use ClubReady for revenue and attendance reports
• Make high level customer service decisions independently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio
• Enforce StretchLab policies and procedures
• Ensure forms and literature are stocked and visible
• Schedule and participate in networking events and studio promotions
• Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads
