Qualifications

• 1+ years in retail, fitness, or service-based sales leadership or a strong sales track record
• Genuine sales affinity and motivation to lead
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfort using data to track goals and adjust approaches
• High ethics and integrity

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day studio operations and deliver a five-star client experience
• Coach and develop a team of Nurses, Estheticians, and Wellness/Sales staff
• Guide clients through a consultative, relationship-first sales process
• Drive studio sales and marketing initiatives and represent Restore at events
• Step in on the floor to keep the studio running smoothly
