Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a Lead Registered Nurse to oversee medical operations in our studio, blending clinical expertise with business focus. You will mentor the nursing team, ensure safety/compliance, and drive high-quality patient care aligned with studio goals.

You will coordinate scheduling, lead by example, and support front desk staff to deliver exceptional client experiences in a fast-paced wellness environment.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unencumbered RN license is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Minimum 2 years in an acute care setting (ER/ICU/Med-Surg or similar).
• Minimum 1 year administering IV/injections.
• Previous leadership or management experience preferred.
• Commitment to compliance and ongoing learning.

Aufgaben

• Deliver excellent nursing care and expert client guidance.
• Administer IVs, injections, and other services with precision.
• Provide prescriptive recommendations aligned with wellness goals.
• Train and support RNs in clinical operations and protocols.
• Educate front desk staff on medical services to enhance client support.
• Ensure compliance with medical, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Drive medical department revenue through service excellence.
• Partner with GM to develop activations to meet studio goals.
• Monitor medical KPIs and adjust processes to achieve results.
• Collaborate with GM to integrate medical services into studio operations.
• Manage scheduling and staffing for medical coverage.
• Model servant leadership and foster a high-performance culture.
