Restore Hyper Wellness - RHWM031 in Wheat Ridge, CO seeks a General Manager who can combine a clinical mindset with strong business instincts. You will build memberships, lead a small wellness team, and own the studio’s operations, payroll, and culture.

Ideal candidates are RNs or leaders with a business brain, ready to flex schedules, grow the studio, and drive community wellness through local outreach and processes that scale.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of management experience with track record of hitting numbers and leading people.
• Active RN license in Colorado is a huge plus, but sales/ops background also welcome.
• Strong communication skills across phone, in person, and email.
• Tech-savvy with payroll systems and social media tools.

Responsibilities

• Build the business by driving memberships and retail sales locally.
• Lead and mentor a small, elite wellness team.
• Own operations: manage P&L, payroll audits, and cleanliness standards.
• Connect with the community as the brand ambassador for wellness.
