Job summary

Elements Massage in Surprise, AZ is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate (front desk) to welcome clients, explain our Wellness Program, and drive member growth.

You will use a proven sales process, listen carefully to clients, and turn feedback into exceptional service. Prior retail or spa-like customer service is preferred; Mindbody experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales experience preferred; selling memberships or services in-person.
• Customer service in a spa-like environment is preferred.
• Mindbody platform experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with scheduling and payments software.

• Follow our proven sales process to sell the monthly Wellness Program.
• Listen to clients and turn criticism into great service stories.
• Help build customer loyalty and grow with the studio.
• Provide friendly front desk support and retail assistance.
