Job summary

Elements Massage in Surprise, AZ seeks a Lead Sales & Customer Service Associate to guide our new studio's client experience and growth. You will lead the team, manage schedules and office duties, and drive lead outreach while collaborating with Marketing on conversion strategies.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Sales experience preferred.
• Customer service oriented with a focus on member retention.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Outgoing, positive and energetic demeanor.
• Must be available nights, weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Experience with MindBody Software is a plus.
• Membership sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead outreach and contact perspective members.
